You made it! Finally, after countless-and I do mean countless hours debating on transitioning from a staff Nurse to travel Nursing, all the researching, googling, and asking other people about thier experience just to receive a vague response, you made your way here!

So hang tight and do a little scrolling (or trolling) through this website before you go and hand in your two week notice! You should be able to find the answers you are looking for. If you don’t see the topic you are looking for, then reach out to us. We will do our best to get the answers you need to help the process go more smoothly.

In the beginning of my transition, I learned very quick all of these travelers were just winging it!!! There was no clear guide to help any of us with the questions and struggles we were facing. I had to learn the hard way with waiting on other people (while living off of Ramon noodles) just to get started. Over the years, I continue to meet other travelers (Nurses and CNA’s) who ask for guidance in at least one area of this new role they are trying to grasp.

It is time to help out as many healthcare professionals as possible. Which meant I had to spend a little money and time putting together a one stop shop for guidance on moving into a position that allows us Nurses to live our best Nursing life-our way!!

Let’s face it, the world is changing and so is Nursing. (As if Nursing needed any encouragement for more change….🙄)
